1) You can write an email reporting the problem to: info@digitalpigeons.com. Please try to be as detailed as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.
2) You can write a WhatsApp message to our number +39 351 714 5304.
Once you have won one or more pigeons and the auction has ended, you will be able to make the payment and choose the transport method best suited to your needs.
The cost of transport is EXCLUDED from the final price of the single pigeon.
You have two options:
1) Collection at our operational headquarters. Free service. After making the payment, simply contact us (via email or Whatsapp) to organize your collection.
2) Shipping via one of our AFFILIATED COURIER. After making the payment, we will contact the courier and organize the shipment to the address you chose.
It is possible to view the pigeons at auction in our loft only by making an appointment.
